Highlights of the Kansas Secure and Fair Elections (S.A.F.E.) Act
A. The Secure and Fair Elections (S.A.F.E.) Act will require Kansas voters:
1) To produce a government-issued photo I.D. confirming their identity.
a) It must contain the name and photograph and an expiration date which has not occurred.
b) Eight forms of identification are valid for this purpose, including driver’s license or nondriver’s identification card. (more…)
