Rasmussen – Alaska Governor: Parnell (R) 53%, Berkowitz (D) 34%
The Republicans have it for now, with the three leading GOP candidates remaining well ahead of both Democratic hopefuls. A new Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of Likely Voters in Alaska finds current Governor Sean Parnell running strongest. He holds a 53% to 34% lead over former state House Minority Leader Ethan Berkowitz and earns 57% support if State Senator Hollis French is the Democrat in the race. French picks up 29% of the vote in that matchup.
