Politico - After meeting with nominee Sotomayor, Oregon Democratic Senator Ron Wyden convinced she will uphold Roe v. Wade
Wyden said he specifically sought out an answer from Sotomayor on the hot-button issue and that “she acknowledged the importance of precedent.”
“She made that very clear,” Wyden said.
