One must wonder whether a larger audience is anticipated by the administration.  From JCCC:

TOWN HALL MEETING LOCATION CHANGE

Tomorrow’s Town Hall meeting with JCCC President Terry Calaway will be held in the Polsky Theatre from 10-11:30 a.m. Friday, March 6.
